What to do
Just relax … so easy to say, but sometimes it seems impossible to do. We’ve found plenty of ways to relax in Noosa – you could say we've made it our purpose in life! Between sunrise strolls on the beach, sunset cocktails and plenty of laidback activity in between, we’ve pretty much mastered the art of relaxation.
For the ultimate in relaxation, yoga in Noosa has it covered. We have it hot and steamy, we have it near the river, we have it on the beach, and we have yoga that comes to you … we even have yoga on a stand-up paddle board.
Our friends at Metropolist Sunshine Coast recently put together a round-up of some of the best yoga experiences in Noosa.
Here’s a sample of what they found:
As if a traditional hatha-style yoga class isn’t enough to completely relax you, Santushti Yoga's classes are held both beachside or in an open-air boutique studio on Hastings Street – bliss! Whether you’re a beginner or already have experience withyoga, the combination of sun salutations, postures to keep your mind and body balanced, and deep relaxation techniques will take your relaxation to a whole new level.
If you’ve always wanted to try yoga but just can’t brave going to a class at home where you never know who you might run into, a private session on holiday is the way to go. Balancenoosa will come to you, wherever you are. They provide yoga mats, props and music to help you get the most from your session.
Some yoga studios are awesome but lack a flexible timetable to get a class in between that after-work cocktail and dinner or, a home-cooked brekkie and the weekend market run. Noosa Yoga Centre is NOT one of those. Offering over 10 classes each week, there’s no excuse for you not to fit in sun salutationsbetween knocking things off your to-do list.
