From the Bluewater Grill in Bondi with Neil Perry, to his most recent role as head chef at Noosa's iconic Locale restaurant and bar, Andy has received multiple awards and the deep respect of his peers and regular diners. Andy's knowledge and experience allows him to focus on the best and freshest produce from the Sunshine Coast and working with local growers and suppliers.
Even his crockery is bespoke and local - hand made by Noosa ceramic artist Kim Wallace.
After many years in the restaurant industry, including owning several restaurants and living and working in Noosa, Chef Andy Davies continues his journey with food and hospitality and contribute to the community in the way he has always wanted.
