You can’t go wrong by ordering the Barbecued Mooloolaba king prawns, sweetcorn puree, toasted almonds with lemon dressing; or try the Pan-seared, crispy-skinned Knobby snapper served on crushed garden peas with confit shallots, roasted kipfler potatoes and lemon crumbs.
Gusto is open for breakfast on weekends, lunch and dinner, Tuesday to Saturday, and Sunday for lunch with their traditional roast.
