The historic Harry's Hut camping area on the banks of the Noosa River provides a relaxing and picturesque bush retreat. With direct river access, it is set amongst a fringe of open forest and woodland, (melaleuca, allocasuarina, bloodwood and eucalypt) and is home to a variety of native animals and bird species.
The camping area has untreated water (treat before drinking), toilets, picnic tables and a picnic shelter in the day use area, and canoe landing access points and jetties. Some camp sites provide shade.
Harry's Hut camping area is only available to permit holders who have booked to stay there - see more information here. If you hold a permit for other areas you cannot transfer to Harry's camping area and must rebook. The area can be accessed by 4WD, canoe or walk-in camping for those exploring the surrounding Noosa Trail Network.
