In one of the best spots in Noosa – or anywhere if you ask us – the Noosa Heads Surf Life Saving Club is the home and training ground for Noosa's wonderful volunteer surf lifesavers, and a fantastic restaurant and bar with one of the prettiest views you’ll find.
The volunteer lifesavers who patrol Noosa’s Main Beach operate from the downstairs training and storage rooms, while upstairs the restaurant and bar welcome visitors 7 days a week for lunch and dinner with amazing views. Visitors are welcome for lunch, dinner or drinks and snacks on the deck every day, overlooking Noosa's Main Beach.
Located in the protected eastern corner of beautiful Laguna Bay in Noosa Heads, the surf club is perched between the holiday action on Hastings Street, with its resorts, boutiques and cafes, and the sun and surf action of the beach.
Watch the action all day – from the surfers on Noosa's famous points and swimmers lapping across the bay, to stand-up paddlers and kayakers on the blue water, the lifesavers training and boats cruising.
The glorious view extends from the Noosa National Park headland's beaches and coves, across Laguna Bay to Noosa North Shore. The stunning views will mesmerise you as they change with the light throughout the day, from pinks and golds in the morning to bright blues during the day, muted sunsets over the bay and fairy-lit evenings overlooking the boardwalk and beach below.
The bar has a wide selection of local and imported beers on tap, and all your other favourite drinks. The wine list complements the great meals from the Noosa Surf Club Restaurant which serves up seafood, steaks, pasta, fish & chips, salads, coffee, cakes, daily blackboard menu specials – and those amazing buckets of fresh prawns. A children’s menu is also available all day.
