Locally owned and operated (you’ll likely be served by the boys when visiting!), the distillery is tucked away in Noosa’s industrial estate. It’s bright, airy, industrial-chic, with some of Noosa’s best cocktails, featuring local and seasonal ingredients, and some of the best service in town.
Seabourne hosts distillery tours every weekend (head to their website to book), where you’ll learn, smell and taste your way through the lab, the distillery, and the bar, talking all things gin, distillation, native ingredients, and Noosa. Equal parts educational and delicious – what’s not to love?
Seabourne’s flagship gin, the Coastal Dry, regularly picks up global accolades including gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2023 and the London Spirits Competition 2023.
It’s not just the gin that wins awards – Seabourne’s bottle design won a Masters (highest honour) at the Spirits Masters Design Awards and a Gold medal at SFWSC. The distillery bar is open Friday (4-8pm), Saturday and Sunday (12-8pm). Bookings recommended.
For takeaway bottles, the gin shop is open 7 days a week, from 10am-4pm.
