Alan Golley is an experienced tourism and hospitality professional with over 20 years in the industry. He is a business leader within the Hastings Street Community and is Secretary for the Hastings Street Association Inc. In his professional life Alan is currently the General Manager for Seahaven Noosa Beachfront Resort, a premiere beachfront accommodation business, and Director of Noosa Concours d’Elegance Pty Ltd. Prior to his role at Seahaven Resort, Alan was manager for Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas, working closely with Matt Golinski to create View by Matt Golinski Restaurant.
With a passion for giving back to the community, Alan is committed to helping provide a sustainable and thriving business environment and throughout his career has held various volunteer roles including President of the George Town Chamber of Commerce, Executive Committee for Launceston Tamar Valley Tourism Association and for Visit Northern Tasmania and Tourism Committee Member with the Caloundra Chamber of Commerce.
Alan is passionate about the environment and sustainability and enjoys seeking out technology and finding ways that technology can be used to automate parts of our lives and reduce our carbon footprint. He lives in Noosa with his wife and 2 young children and joined the Tourism Noosa Board in 2022.
