Jeanette Allom-Hill is the 2020 Winner of the Telstra Businesswomen’s Awards. She is the Chair of the NFP, No More Fake Smiles, and board member for the Sunshine Coast Businesswomen’s Network. She is the CEO of a consulting business working exclusively with Boston Consulting Group providing advice to the Federal Government. She is also the Managing Partner in an executive coaching firm that works exclusively with C-suite leaders across Australia and Asia.
She has recently started an NFP organisation called Lionhearted Foundation that aims to change the face of leadership for a more diverse future. Jeanette has worked in the private sector for over 15 years holding senior roles in Optus, NBN, Microsoft, and Boston Consulting Group.
Jeanette has spent the last 12 years working across the depth and breadth of government from Prime Minster and Cabinet at a federal level, to NSW Treasury, to the Sunshine Coast Council. She is currently studying for her Ph.D. in resilience and recovery in times of change.
