“South East Queensland is going to be quite a strong investment market given its strong population growth and generally lower price points compared to Sydney and prospects for capital gains being quite strong,” Tim said.
Both Tim and Christine reside in Noosa Waters, Noosaville, which is the only regional suburb in Australia to make the top 30 prestigious suburbs in the 2024 Prestige Property Market Report, as reported by Westpac Private Bank and CoreLogic. While properties in Noosa Heads and Sunshine Beach are more expensive, Noosaville has had more sales greater than $5 million.
