The Cooroy Butter Factory Arts Centre welcomes Autumn with four new and vibrant exhibitions open from 27 March - 8 May.
Sophia Cameron’s ‘Colour Hum’ presents an expressive and colourful solo show reflecting memorable moments and experiences inspired by the Sunshine Coast region.
In our Foyer gallery, Birrunga Gallery Cultural Creative Development Program brings together a dynamic group of emerging First Nations artists for the ‘Narawi - Waves of the Sea’ exhibition. Each artist draws from their rich Cultural backgrounds, using diverse mediums to share stories of identity, resilience, and connection to Country.
Our arts centre will also showcase a new range of artwork in the Members gallery, while the Butterbox will be busy with an innovative workshop and live exhibition program ‘The Presentation of Art’ (27 March - 13 April).
An official exhibition opening will be held on Saturday 29 March. Everyone is welcome to this free event with nibbles and a bar open to purchase drinks.
