We were excited to be onboard Bonza's first direct flight from the Sunshine Coast to Melbourne Avalon, as the new low-cost airline expanded its operations to Victoria. The route will operate three times a week, with fares starting from $79 one way.
Sunshine Coast Airport CEO Andrew Brodie said: “The Sunshine Coast is a highly sought after holiday destination for Victorians, and being able to fly directly out of Avalon will make travel so much easier for people who live in Greater Melbourne.”
It’s also great news for Noosa locals who can fly direct to Avalon, with easy access to visit friends or family; attend sporting events; or holiday in Melbourne, Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Great Ocean Road.
To book, download the Fly Bonza app or visit your nearest travel agent.
