Tourism Noosa joined 15 other Sunshine Coast Business Event companies at the Melbourne Business Events Soiree, hosted by Visit Sunshine Coast and attended by over 50 Business Event organisers.
The event provided leads and potential business for our Noosa members. Business events bring high spend to the destination - corporate travellers tend to travel in off-peak, mid-week and spend 3 times more than the leisure visitor, spending across a wide range of sectors.
They are also highly likely to bring their family for the event, or add Noosa to their future holiday plans, investing further expenditure into the region.
Paul West from River Cottage fame was the MC, sharing his passion and knowledge of sustainable food, while showcasing the superior dining scene in Noosa and the Sunshine Coast.
Thank-you to The Sebel Noosa, Tesla Transfers and Alba by Kuruvita who donated prizes for our lucky prize winner, Olivia Weatherley from the Incentive Lab.
