Tour Guides Australia recently delivered training on Tour Guiding Fundamentals to our members and volunteers, Jenny Watson, Heather McCarthy, Maigen Broose and Robyn Riley.
This intense three-day training course was delivered by industry expert Juliet Hudson, sharing her knowledge, experience and passion in directing and hosting tours.
The group took away inspiration and new skills in curating experiences for visitors. The course highlighted the importance of sharing authentic destination stories that engage guests and leave them with a memorable tourism experience.
